Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, select any items that you wish to buy and “Place in Basket”. After you have finished selecting, click “View Basket” to check your selected items and click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal’s secure server and you do not have to be a PayPal member to use your card.

You can also telephone your order and pay by cheque or postal order (made payable to Janna Hodgson) and your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Please put a copy of your order and delivery address in with your cheque.

For website orders, when we receive your confirmed order we will make, pack and dispatch it as soon as possible. If there is to be a delay in completing your order, we will email you to advise you of the situation.

Postage and Packing
The post and packing charge of £3.95 applies to the British mainland and Northern Ireland. All orders will be sent first class Royal Mail and must be signed for. Deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and overseas will be sent in the most effective way and at an extra charge.

Delivery Schedule
You will normally receive your order within 28 days but if it is clear that your delivery will not take place within 21 days, we will advise you by email. International orders will take longer to deliver.

Returns
If you receive goods that you did not order, please contact us immediately and we will ensure that the correct items are dispatched to you as soon as possible and at no further cost. We will cover the cost of returning the unwanted items. Please understand that, for reasons of hygiene, we do not replace or refund earrings unless they are faulty.

Privacy Policy
Jewellery That Works does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
